When Life Shifts

Life changes — sometimes by choice, sometimes without warning. A new job. A move. A diagnosis. A season you knew was coming but still weren’t ready for. Even good change can feel disorienting. When life shifts, it often brings uncertainty, grief, and questions about who you are now. You don’t have to navigate that alone.

Grief

Have you changed jobs or a career? Did your company downsize you? Have you suffered from joblessness? Are you ready to leave the workforce for retirement?

Grief isn’t limited to loss of life. We grieve dreams. Health. Roles. Expectations. Versions of ourselves that no longer fit. Grief can be quiet or overwhelming. It can show up long after the change. Here, grief is not rushed. It is honored.

Identity

For many of the women I work with, identity is not just psychological — it’s spiritual. We explore questions like: Who am I beneath the roles I’ve carried? What labels have shaped me? What is actually true about me? For women of faith, this work is rooted in Christ-centered truth — not performance, not comparison, not culture. We look at identity through the lens of: Being known Being chosen Being renewed Being called If your faith matters to you, it will matter here. If you are still sorting through what you believe, you are still welcome.

Relational Shifts

Relationships evolve. Children grow up. Marriages change. Friendships drift. Separation happens. Even when life continues — dinner is still made, routines still run — something feels different. Relational shifts can be tender and disorienting. You are allowed to name that.

Ready to Untangle

Sometimes it isn’t a crisis. It’s just a loop. A conversation replaying in your mind. A decision you keep circling. A reaction that feels bigger than it should. You try to reason it out, pray it through, push it down — and it keeps returning. When something feels tangled, it’s usually because two things are pulling at once — values and expectations, fear and desire, loyalty and truth. Untangling isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about slowing down long enough to see clearly. Clarity brings steadiness. And steadiness changes everything.

The Work Beneath the Work

My coaching is rooted in values and alignment work.

When Values Are Unclear

Beliefs often go unexamined.

What you assume to be true quietly shapes your decisions.

When Beliefs Go Unexamined

It becomes difficult to set realistic, grounded goals.

You may stay busy – but not aligned.

When Goals Are Misaligned

Dissatisfaction begins to build.

At work. At home. In relationships. Even in your faith.
